The EN25Q64 is a 64 Megabit (8192K-byte) Serial Flash memory, with advanced write protection
mechanisms. SPI clock frequencies of up to 80MHz are supported allowing
equivalent clock rates of 160MHz for Dual Output and 320MHz for Quad Output.
The memory can be programmed 1 to 256 bytes at a time,
using the Page Program instruction.
The EN25Q64 is designed to allow either single Sector/Block at a time or full chip erase operation. The
EN25Q64 can be configured to protect part of the memory as the software protected mode.

The EN25Q128 is a 128 Megabit (16,384K-byte) Serial Flash memory, with advanced write protection
mechanisms. SPI clock frequencies of up to 104MHz are
supported allowing equivalent clock rates of 208MHz for Dual Output and 416MHz
for Quad Output. The memory can
be programmed 1 to 256 bytes at a time, using the Page Program instruction.
The EN25Q128 is designed to allow either single Sector/Block at a time or full chip erase operation. The
EN25Q128 can be configured to protect part of the memory as the software protected mode.

The EN29GL256 offers a fast page access time of 25 ns with a corresponding random access time as
fast as 90 ns. It features a Write Buffer that allows a maximum of 32 words/64 bytes to be programmed
in one operation, resulting in faster effective programming time than standard programming algorithms.
This makes the device ideal for today's embedded applications that require higher density, better
performance and lower power consumption.
